Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website https://www.photographyfestivalsassociation.com/ (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C"). If you do not agree with these T&C, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by the International Photography Festival Association (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our"). Through the Site, users can purchase tickets for our events and receive information about participation in them.

Purchase of Products and Services

Purchase Process: When purchasing tickets through the Site, you agree to pay the total price of the selected tickets, including applicable taxes and fees.

Purchase Confirmation: After completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and the details of your purchase.
Participation in Events

Behavior: All participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner during the event. We reserve the right to expel anyone who does not meet this standard.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is not permitted without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or from the purchase of tickets.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Refund Policy
The International Photography Festival Association (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”) is committed to providing transparent and fair service regarding ticket, products or services purchases. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the applicable legislation in the European Union.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without justification within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the ticket. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision via email at photofestivalsassociation@gmail.com.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

If the event has started or has been completed during the withdrawal period.

If you have purchased tickets for an event taking place on a specific date, your right of withdrawal will cease once the event has started.
Refund Request Process
If you wish to request a refund, you must follow these steps:

Reason for the refund request
We will evaluate your request and inform you of its status within 14 working days.
Deductible Expenses in the Refund
If your refund request is approved, the following expenses will be deducted from the amount to be refunded:

Taxes: Taxes that are non-recoverable under applicable tax legislation.

Bank Fees: Any fees we have paid to banking institutions during the initial transaction will be deducted.

Online Platform Fees: If the purchase was made through an online payment platform, the corresponding fees for that platform will also be deducted.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the approval of the request. You will receive the refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase, minus the aforementioned deducted expenses.
Changes to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is recommended that you periodically review this policy to stay informed of any changes.
